GBF PTFE Lined Chemical Centrifugal Pump

The GBF series fluorine lined chemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump specially developed for chemical medium transportation. It adopts advanced fluoroplastic lining technology, with all flow-through parts lined with high-quality fluoroplastics (PTFE/F46). The pump body is protected by a cast iron shell, which not only ensures the high strength of the equipment, but also achieves excellent corrosion resistance. This pump has the characteristics of compact structure and stable operation. Equipped with high-quality mechanical seal, it can effectively prevent medium leakage. Adopting back-opening structure, it is convenient for maintenance without disassembling the pipeline. The motor is directly connected with the pump body for driving, with high efficiency and low noise. It is suitable for conveying various concentrations of acid, alkali, salt solutions, corrosive liquids and chemical media containing a small amount of particles, with a medium temperature range of -20℃~120℃. The GBF fluorine lined chemical centrifugal pump is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing and dyeing, food processing, wastewater treatment and other industries. I. Extreme corrosion resistance, suitable for complex working conditions 


1. The flow-through components are integrally thermoformed from PTFE/FEP/PFA and other fluoroplastics, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents, and other corrosive media. They can transport corrosive liquids of any concentration for extended periods without aging or toxic decomposition. 


2. Wide temperature range (typically -85℃ to +150℃, up to +200℃ in some operating conditions), it can replace precious metals such as 316L stainless steel and titanium alloys, significantly reducing procurement and maintenance costs. 


3. Reinforced with cast steel inlet and outlet bodies, balancing the corrosion resistance of the fluoroplastic liner with the mechanical strength and pressure resistance of the metal shell, preventing deformation and liner detachment.

1. Vertical structure with inlet and outlet of the same diameter and coaxial axis, allowing direct installation into piping systems. It occupies a small area and can be used outdoors with a protective cover, adaptable to various piping layouts. 


2. Direct connection between the impeller and motor results in a short axial dimension, high transmission efficiency, balanced radial and axial loads, smooth operation, low vibration and noise, and no need for additional lubrication or cooling water, thus saving energy. 


3. Optimized hydraulic model with wide and smooth flow channels, excellent NPSH, low radial force, high efficiency, and stable operation.


III. Reliable sealing and long service life 


1. Standard configuration includes an external bellows mechanical seal (PTFE bellows or silicon carbide/hard alloy sealing surface optional), which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, intuitively adjustable, and can be maintained without disassembly, resulting in low leakage risk and extended service life. 


2. Particulate-resistant mechanical seal combinations can be selected based on the medium containing particles, offering strong adaptability.


IV. Easy maintenance and low operating costs


1. Modular design allows for easy removal of all rotor components by unscrewing the pump coupling seat nut, eliminating the need to disassemble the piping and enabling quick and efficient maintenance. 


2. High interchangeability of flow-through components, readily available spare parts, extended maintenance cycles, and significantly reduced overall operation and maintenance costs.

Product Operation Guide




1. Power on 


1. After filling with liquid and venting, close the outlet valve and ensure there is no jamming when turning the engine. 


2. Power on and start the engine. Once the pressure stabilizes, slowly open the outlet valve to adjust to the operating condition. 


3. Check: No leakage, no abnormal vibration or noise, and normal current.


II. Operation Monitor pressure, flow rate, and current; 


parameters must be stable and not exceed rated limits. Dry running, exceeding temperature or pressure limits, and frequent start-stop operations are strictly prohibited.


III. Shutdown 


1. Normal shutdown: Close the outlet valve → Disconnect power → Close the inlet valve → For long-term shutdowns, drain the medium. 


2. Emergency shutdown: Press emergency stop button → Disconnect power → Close inlet and outlet valves → Troubleshoot.


IV. Core Taboos 


1. Dry running and idling are strictly prohibited (must be run with full liquid). 


2. Exceeding the flow rate, head, or temperature limits is strictly prohibited. 


3. Power must be disconnected and the medium drained before maintenance.
