1. Power on 1. After filling with liquid and venting, close the outlet valve and ensure there is no jamming when turning the engine. 2. Power on and start the engine. Once the pressure stabilizes, slowly open the outlet valve to adjust to the operating condition. 3. Check: No leakage, no abnormal vibration or noise, and normal current. II. Operation Monitor pressure, flow rate, and current; parameters must be stable and not exceed rated limits. Dry running, exceeding temperature or pressure limits, and frequent start-stop operations are strictly prohibited. III. Shutdown 1. Normal shutdown: Close the outlet valve → Disconnect power → Close the inlet valve → For long-term shutdowns, drain the medium. 2. Emergency shutdown: Press emergency stop button → Disconnect power → Close inlet and outlet valves → Troubleshoot. IV. Core Taboos 1.
