Basic functions of the product
CDLK/CDLKF is used for conveying machine tool coolant, lubricant, condensate, industrial cleaning equipment and other occasions suitable for immersion pumps. It is suitable for different temperature, flow and pressure ranges. CDLK is suitable for non-corrosive liquids, and CDLKF is suitable for slightly corrosive liquids. ·Specifically used for EDM, lathes, grinders, machining centers, cooling devices, industrial cleaning equipment, filtration systems, etc.
Basic information of the product
Immersed multistage centrifugal pumps are widely used in construction, mining, agriculture and other fields. They are particularly suitable for conveying high-concentration media such as sand and sludge, such as mud treatment and sedimentation with high concentration. In addition, they are also commonly used in machine tools, industrial cleaning equipment and other applications suitable for immersion pumps, such as conveying coolants, lubricants, etc.
Usage Environment
Medium requirements: The medium used in multistage centrifugal pumps should be similar to water, with a kinematic viscosity of <150mm2/s, and no hard particles or corrosive properties. Environment altitude: The environment altitude should be less than 1000 meters. If it exceeds 1000 meters, it should be stated when ordering in order to provide more reliable products. Medium operating temperature: The medium operating temperature range is -15℃~120℃. System working pressure: The system working pressure should be ≤2.5MPa. Ambient temperature: The ambient temperature should be lower than 40℃ and the relative humidity should be lower than 95%.
Product Advantages
CDLK/CDLKF Submersible Multistage Pump for High-Pressure Applications
Low cost, efficient transmission, strong adaptability The motor is a fully enclosed, air-cooled two-pole standard motor
Product Features
The pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector as needed to effectively protect the pump from dry-running, phase loss, overload, etc.
Motors of other voltages are available upon request. Single-phase motors are available from 0.37 to 2.2 kW.
Used for conveying machine tool coolants, lubricants, condensate, industrial cleaning equipment and other occasions suitable for immersion pumps.

Product Usage
Machine tool coolant and lubricant delivery: Immersed multistage centrifugal pumps are often used to deliver machine tool coolants and lubricants, especially in EDM, lathes, grinders, machining centers and other equipment. These pumps can provide stable liquid delivery to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Industrial cleaning equipment: In industrial cleaning equipment, submerged multistage centrifugal pumps are used to transport cleaning fluids and are suitable for various cleaning scenarios, such as cleaning pipes, equipment surfaces, etc.
Condensate delivery: This type of pump is also used for the delivery of condensate, suitable for the circulation and delivery of liquids in cooling systems and condensing equipment.
Other occasions suitable for immersion pumps: In addition to the above applications, immersion multistage centrifugal pumps are also suitable for other occasions requiring liquid transportation, such as filtration systems, etc.
Product Operation Guide
Around the impeller, due to the action of the blades, the pressure and speed of the liquid increase at the same time, and are guided to the next level impeller through the flow channel of the guide shell. This is the principle, flowing through all the impellers and guide shells in turn, further increasing the pressure energy of the liquid. After each impeller is superimposed step by step, a certain head is obtained, and the underground liquid is lifted to the ground.
1. Add water to the stainless steel multistage pump or use a vacuum pump to divert water before driving.
2. Close the valve and pressure gauge cock on the drain pipe.
3. Start the motor and open the pressure gauge cock.
4. When the pump runs at normal speed, the pressure gauge shows the appropriate pressure, then open the vacuum gauge cock, and gradually open the gate valve on the drainage pipeline until the specified raincoat force and vacuum degree are reached.
5. When the multistage pipeline centrifugal pump stops running, first slowly close the gate valve on the drainage pipeline, close the vacuum gauge cock, stop the motor, and then close the pressure gauge cock.
6. When the multistage centrifugal pump is not used for a long time, the pump body should be disassembled, the moisture of the pump components should be wiped dry, and the sliding part of the pump should be wiped dry.
7. When the multistage centrifugal pump is in operation, the temperature of the pump and motor bearings should be checked frequently. The external temperature should not exceed 35 and the limit temperature should not exceed 75.
8. Pay attention to oiling when staying in the bearing body.
9. Adjust the tightness of the bearing
10. During the operation of the submersible multistage centrifugal pump, if there is any abnormal sound or noise, it should be stopped immediately to prepare for emergency needs.
Frequently asked questions
Insufficient flow
Check whether the relevant equipment is intact, clean up the accumulated air or impurities, and ensure that there is no obstruction in the pump body.
Insufficient pressure
Check the pump speed, impeller and valve to see if they are normal. If there are any problems, replace or repair them in time.
Pump shaft bending
Replacement of sliding bearings, rebalancing of impellers, etc.
Leakage
It may be due to damage to the dynamic and static rings, wear of the sealing surface or aging of the gasket. The solution is to replace the damaged parts in time to ensure that the pump body is intact.
