Introduce the basic functions of the product
It has a unique effect in discharging solid particles and long-fiber garbage. This series of pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of this pump adopts a single-channel or double-channel form, which is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-section size, has very good flow properties, and is equipped with a reasonable volute chamber, making the pump highly efficient. The impeller has been tested for dynamic and static balance, so that the pump has no vibration during operation.

The discharge of seriously polluted wastewater from factories and businesses, sewage stations in residential areas, drainage systems of urban sewage treatment plants, drainage stations of civil air defense systems, water supply devices of water plants, sewage discharge from hospitals and hotels, municipal engineering construction sites, exploration, mining auxiliary machines, rural biogas pools, farmland irrigation and other industries, conveying sewage and dirt with particles, and can also be used for clean water and corrosive media. Conditions of use A. The medium temperature does not exceed 60°C, and the medium density is 1~1.3kg/dm3. B. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part does not exceed 1/2 of the liquid surface. C. The use range of cast iron material is PH5~9. D. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material can be used for various corrosive media. Product Operation Guide
1. Before using the pump, carefully check whether the cable is damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or falling off, and whether the pump has changed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and relative ground of the electric pump motor. The value should not be less than 2 megohms, otherwise the motor stator group should be dried, and the drying temperature is not allowed to exceed 120℃.
3. This series of pumps can be installed in two types: fixed and mobile. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain should be inserted into the two lifting ring screws or lifting plates (deviating from the pump water inlet, and its connection line should be parallel to the pump outlet) to lift the electric pump up and down. Slide down along the guide rail evenly and slowly until it is automatically coupled in place. When using mobile installation, first put the hose on, and use the chain to insert the two lifting rings to lift the electric pump up and down. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.
4. The direction of rotation of the pump after it is connected is counterclockwise from the water inlet. If the electric pump reverses, just swap the wiring positions of any two wires in the cable.
5. The ground wire of the electric pump casing must be connected strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly forbidden to install or move people in the water nearby when the electric pump is running, in case of accidents caused by electric pump leakage.
6. The electric pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet unless there are special circumstances. Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
7. The electric pump must not be operated in a low head state for a long time (the general use head must not be less than 60% of the rated head). It is best to control it within the range of the use head under construction to prevent the electric pump from burning out the motor due to overload.
8. Pumps without self-circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the water surface for a long time to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.
