Specifically, a single pump frequency conversion system usually consists of three parts: a water pump unit, a control system, and a booster and pressure stabilizing device. The water supply capacity is determined by the water pump unit, the coordinated operation of the system is controlled by the control system, and the booster and pressure stabilizing device is mainly used to store energy and maintain pressure, cope with small amounts of water supply and normal pipeline leakage, and implement automatic control when necessary.

The single pump frequency conversion system adjusts the speed of the water pump motor by changing the power frequency through the frequency converter, thereby achieving precise control of water flow and pressure. When the pipe network pressure drops, the system will automatically start the water pump to supply water, ensuring the stable operation of the water supply system.


Usage Environment

‌1. Temperature and humidity‌: Single pump frequency conversion equipment is suitable for working in an environment of -10℃ to 40℃, the relative humidity should be less than 95% (at 20℃), and there should be no condensation‌

2. Power quality‌: The power supply voltage should be within the range of -15% to +10% of the rated voltage, the phase imbalance rate should be less than 3%, and the frequency is 50Hz±2Hz‌

3. Installation environment‌: The equipment should be installed in an environment without corrosive gases, flammable and explosive gases and liquids, and avoid direct sunlight and strong electromagnetic interference‌ 4.‌ Ventilation and protection‌: The inverter should be installed vertically upward, and leave enough installation space. The upper and lower net space should be greater than 100mm, and the left and right net space should be greater than 50mm‌ .
