1. Liquid conditions‌:TD pumps are suitable for use in clean, thin, non-corrosive, non-flammable and explosive liquids, and do not contain any solid particles and fibers that may cause mechanical or chemical damage to the pump. Using the pump in the case of viscous or high-density liquids will cause the pump's characteristic curve to drop and energy consumption to increase.

2. The liquid temperature range of the TD pump is -15℃ to 110℃, and the ambient temperature can reach up to +40℃, which is suitable for liquid transportation under various temperature conditions.

Product Operation Guide

1.Check before starting‌Before starting the TD pump, make sure that all parts are installed correctly and there is no looseness. Check whether the lubricating oil and cooling water systems are normal, and ensure that there is no debris in the pump body.


2. Startup steps: Perform startup operations in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual, which usually includes steps such as connecting the power supply, starting the motor, and observing the operating status of the pump. Note that the outlet valve should be opened slowly during startup to reduce the starting load.


3. Operation monitoring: During operation, regularly check the vibration, temperature, pressure and other parameters of the pump to ensure that the pump operates within the normal working range. Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal sound or vibration and deal with it in time.


4. Shutdown operation: Close the outlet valve before shutdown, let the pump run under low load for a period of time, then gradually stop the motor, and finally shut down the cooling water and lubrication system.

1.Water leakage from mechanical seal

No water or insufficient water: Check the inlet pipe to see if there is any blockage or the inlet valve is not open. Clear the blockage and open the valve.


2. The motor is hot

Pump body leaks: Check whether the mechanical seal is loose or worn and needs to be reinstalled or replaced.


3. The water pump is noisy

Excessive noise: Check the pump shaft and bearings for wear and tear. Repair or replace them is necessary.
