I. Preparations before powering on 

1. Check pipeline connections: Tighten inlet and outlet interfaces to ensure there are no loose connections or leaks; install a filter screen at the inlet to prevent impurities from entering the pump body. 

2. Fill with medium: After first use or long-term shutdown, open the pump body's vent valve, fill with clean water, and purge internal air. Never start the pump with an empty tank. 

3. Electrical checks: Verify that the power supply voltage matches the motor nameplate (110V/220V); ensure proper grounding to prevent leakage.

II. Startup and Operation

1. Manual Mode: Connect the power supply and press the start switch. The pump will begin working. Observe the pressure gauge. Once the pressure stabilizes, turn on the tap to use water normally. 

2. Automatic Mode: Set the switch to the "Automatic" position. The pump starts and stops automatically via pressure sensing—it starts automatically when water is used and automatically stops when the pressure reaches the target level after water supply is interrupted, requiring no manual operation. 

3. Operation Monitoring: Pay attention to the pump's noise and vibration. If there are no abnormal sounds, it can continue to operate. If a sudden drop in pressure or abnormal noise occurs, stop the machine immediately and check.

III. Shutdown and Maintenance 

1. Normal shutdown: In manual mode, simply turn off the power; in automatic mode, no manual operation is required, and the pump will automatically shut down after water supply interruption. 

2. Short-term shutdown: Close the inlet and outlet valves, keep water in the pump chamber to prevent the seals from drying out; no refilling is required before reuse. 

3. Long-term shutdown: Drain the water from the pump chamber and wipe away any remaining moisture; turn off the power, protect it from dust and moisture, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated place. 

4. Daily cleaning: Regularly disassemble and clean the inlet filter to prevent blockage by impurities; the stainless steel pump body surface can be wiped with a damp cloth, no special maintenance is required.

IV. Safety Precautions 

1. Power must be disconnected before maintenance; operation while the power is on is prohibited. 

2. Sewage and oily liquids must not be transported to avoid damaging the pump body. 

3. In low-temperature winter conditions, the water in the pump chamber must be drained to prevent the pump body from freezing and cracking.
