ZS stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is a pump shaft direct connection, consisting of a pump, a pump shaft and a standard motor.
Usage Environment
Liquids with temperatures between -20°C and +100°C; the suction pressure of the pump should be ≤1.6MPa, and the maximum working pressure of the pump system should also be ≤1.6MPa; the ambient temperature should be below 40°C, and the relative humidity should be below 95%; the volume content of solid particles in the transported medium should not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size should be less than 0.2mm. If the medium contains fine particles, it is recommended to indicate this when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be used; the pump should be installed in a ventilated and anti-freezing place, and avoid installing it outdoors. A suitable cover should be configured to prevent water from entering the electrical components or condensation. The pump should be installed horizontally on the base, with the horizontal direction being the suction port of the pump and the vertical direction being the discharge port of the pump. In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance, sufficient space should be left around the unit.

Confirm the direction of the motor: Jog the motor to confirm that the pump shaft rotates in the correct direction. It should rotate clockwise when viewed from the top of the motor. Formal start: Press the start button and listen for any noise in real time to confirm that the pump starts and stops normally. Adjust the outlet valve: After reaching the rated speed and stable outlet pressure, gradually open the pump outlet valve and adjust the flow rate to ensure that it is within the process specification range.
