Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump

 
CDLF series lightweight stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump designed and manufactured with advanced technology from home and abroad. It adopts standard vertical motor and quick-install mechanical seal, which is very convenient to replace. The flow-through parts of the pump are made of stainless steel (304\316) and can be used for mildly corrosive media.
 
Basic functions of the product:CDL/CDLF is a multifunctional product that can transport a variety of media from tap water to industrial liquids and is suitable for different temperature, flow and pressure ranges. Product Operation Guide

Vertical installation: It should be installed vertically on the ground. During installation, ensure that there is sufficient cold air entering the motor cooling fan. The arrow at the bottom of the pump indicates the flow direction through the pump. Drain pipe installation: In some installation situations, the drain pipe has been installed horizontally or tilted downward from the pump. The water in the pump will flow out. A section of broken pipe with a vacuum valve should be installed near the pump to prevent water loss in the pump.


Frequently asked questions

1.Water leakage from mechanical seal

Replace the sealing ring and check the installation. Strictly follow the instructions to check whether the tightening force is appropriate to avoid leakage caused by improper installation. Use high temperature and corrosion resistant rubber parts.


2. Reversal

Reverse the contact position to ensure the motor rotates forward


3. The motor is hot

Improper bearing operation can cause the motor to heat up. Damaged bearings or insufficient lubrication can increase friction inside the motor, causing heat. This problem can be solved by replacing high-quality bearings or checking the lubrication of the bearings regularly.


4. The water pump is noisy

1. Fill the pump completely before starting and remove air from the pipes and pump.

2. adjust the valve appropriately to stop the water pump from being overloaded.

3. add lubricating oil to the bearings in time.

4. improve the inhalation conditions and avoid the occurrence of cavitation.
