Product Operation Guid

1. After installation, the inlet should be filled with liquid medium to ensure that the pump body can be drained once and no further drainage is required. Please tighten the inlet cap to prevent air leakage from affecting the self-priming function.

2. Install the buffer plate structure filter at the bottom of the suction port to prevent excessive particles from being sucked into the pump body, damaging the pump body and affecting the self-priming performance.

3. When pumping a medium containing concentrated sulfuric acid, do not use water for drainage to prevent harm to the human body and damage to mechanical equipment.

4. Before starting the self-priming pump, check whether the pump shaft is flexible. You can check whether the running direction is consistent with the steering mark by jogging.

5. Do not support the weight of the suction pipe and the discharge pipe on the outlet flange of the unsealed self-priming pump. They should be fixed on the support frame, which needs to be purchased by the user. Ensure that the pipes are tightly connected to avoid air leakage affecting the performance of the pump body. 6. When pumping a medium containing sediment or crystals, if the pump is stopped for a long time, the accumulated liquid in the pump should be discharged from the outlet to avoid sediment or crystals remaining in the pump cavity, which may damage the pump body when it is started again. When using again, the drainage steps should be repeated.


Frequently asked questions

1. Leakage at the connection between the connecting pipe and the pump

The water pump cannot form a vacuum and does not absorb liquid. The solution is to check and repair the connection and replace the sealing gasket.

2. The connection between the motor and the water pump leaks at the moment of starting

The reason is that the working pressure exceeds the specified parameters of the pump. The solution is to reduce the working pressure, or open the outlet valve before starting, and slowly close it after it runs normally.‌

3. Flow rate and head are not up to standard

The reasons include too little liquid in the container or liquid pool, motor reversal, air leakage at the suction end, clogged bottom filter, low voltage, etc. The solution is to check and eliminate these reasons one by one.

4. Some pistons of the electric air control valve are not sealed.

The reason may be that the cable and the motor terminal are in poor contact or the fuse is damaged. The solution is to check and turn on the power supply, or add oil lubrication.
