1. After installation, the inlet should be filled with liquid medium to ensure that the pump body can be drained once and no further drainage is required. Please tighten the inlet cap to prevent air leakage from affecting the self-priming function.
2. Install the buffer plate structure filter at the bottom of the suction port to prevent excessive particles from being sucked into the pump body, damaging the pump body and affecting the self-priming performance.
3. When pumping a medium containing concentrated sulfuric acid, do not use water for drainage to prevent harm to the human body and damage to mechanical equipment.
4. Before starting the self-priming pump, check whether the pump shaft is flexible. You can check whether the running direction is consistent with the steering mark by jogging.
