Mining industry:In the mining industry, slurry pumps are widely used in various process links of mineral processing plants. For example, in the iron ore beneficiation process, slurry pumps are used to mix ore and water into slurry, and then transport it to the flotation machine for separation. Product Operation Guide
(1) Do not operate without water, do not adjust the suction port to reduce the displacement, and do not operate at too low a flow rate;
(2) Monitor the operation process and completely prevent leakage of the stuffing box. Use new stuffing when replacing the stuffing box;
(3) Ensure that the mechanical seal has sufficient water flow to flush it. Do not use excessive water flow on water-cooled bearings;
(4) Do not use too much lubricant;
(5) Perform inspections according to the recommended cycle; establish operation records, including operating hours, adjustment and replacement of packing, addition of lubricant and other maintenance measures and time; the suction and discharge pressure, flow, input power, temperature of the washing liquid and bearings, and vibration of the centrifugal pump should be measured and recorded regularly.

Unable to start
Check the power supply voltage, tighten the power cord connector, inspect the motor winding, lubricate and maintain the motor bearings, check the control cabinet and protective devices, clean the impeller and transmission parts.
Unable to absorb water
Block the leaking part, check and adjust the direction, replace the damaged impeller, and clear the blockage in the suction pipe.
Excessive shaft power
Loosen the packing gland bolts appropriately, replace damaged bearings, adjust the belt tension, adjust the operating conditions and speed of the pump, and adjust the relative position of the motor shaft and the pump shaft.
