Product Operation Guide
Check all parts for defects. Apply a thin layer of butter on both sides of all paper pads and add two-thirds of butter to the bearings.
The skeleton oil seal must be filled with butter and placed in the pump seat, and then the bearing is installed.
Install the O-ring in the shaft sleeve and apply butter.
Put the paper pad on, install the bearing, sleeve, key, pump seat and impeller, tighten the impeller nut and rotate the impeller by hand until it rotates flexibly.
Place the paper pad on the pump housing, secure it with screws and install the filter. Then pull the impeller by hand and make it rotate flexibly.
Frequently asked questions
Does not start or does not operate normally
Check the blown fuse and wiring and replace them, increase the voltage or wait until the voltage is increased before using, adjust the axial clearance between the two half couplings to 0.5 mm, remove debris, reassemble the separation impeller and volute, install the flat key and nut, and replace the flat key.
Overload
Reassemble and remove foreign objects, correct parts and replace bearings, change the direction of motor rotation, and avoid using for a long time.
Insufficient flow
Remove the obstruction of the suction port and move the pump so that the volute is completely buried in the mud and sewage, check the pipeline and remove the obstruction, increase the motor speed, replace the impeller, reduce the head and shorten the conveying distance, change the motor rotation direction, check the cause of the leakage and replace the parts causing the leakage, remove the debris, dilute the medium and increase the supply volume
