KCB Gear Oil Pump

The KCB series gear oil pump is a horizontal positive displacement gear pump that uses the principle of volume change through gear meshing to transport media. Its core structure consists of a pair of high-precision meshing gears, a pump body, a pump cover, and shaft end seals. During operation, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, and the volume at the gear meshing point changes periodically, completing the intake and discharge of the media.

Introduce the basic functions of the product



Core Functions 


Volumetric quantitative conveying enables stable transmission and high-pressure boosting of oil media such as diesel, lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil.


Extended functionality 


Medium circulation: Adapts to the oil circulation system of industrial equipment, ensuring equipment lubrication and cooling. Metered filling: Works with a metering device to achieve precise filling and dispensing of oil media. Negative pressure suction: Enables long-distance, high-viscosity oil suction from low-level oil storage equipment.



Usage Environment




1. Media environment: Suitable for oil-based media (diesel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) without solid particles or strong corrosiveness, with a viscosity range of 1~200mm²/s.


2. Temperature environment Standard medium temperature range: -20℃ to 120℃; special materials can extend the range to -40℃ to 150℃.


3. Installation environment: Horizontal installation, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use; outdoor installation requires a rain and sun protection cover.


4. Operating environment: Suitable for continuous/intermittent operation under normal or negative pressure suction conditions; compatible with stationary equipment or mobile units (such as vehicle-mounted refueling pumps).


5. Electrical environment: It is compatible with three-phase 380V / single-phase 220V AC power supply. The explosion-proof type can be used in flammable and explosive hazardous locations (such as oil depots and gas stations).

Product Operation Guide




1. Before powering on: Fill the container with the medium and purge the air. Perform a short cycle to check the direction of rotation and confirm that the pipeline valves are open and securely installed.


2. Running: After startup, adjust the outlet valve to the rated operating condition, monitor the pressure, temperature, and sealing, and check for abnormal vibration.


3. After shutdown: Close the outlet valve first, then stop the machine. For long-term shutdowns, drain the medium and take necessary precautions.
