| Introduce the basic functions of the product |
1. Leak-free media delivery Magnetic coupling drive, shaft seal-free design, eliminates the leakage of corrosive, flammable and explosive media. 2. Adaptable to corrosion-resistant working conditions Corrosion-resistant materials can be selected for the flow-through components to meet the needs of conveying acid, alkali and chemical liquids. 3. Stable and efficient operation The optimized hydraulic structure ensures stable flow and head, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation. 4. Low-noise safe operation Non-contact transmission reduces vibration and noise, improving operational safety. |
| Usage Environment |
1. Media compatibility: It can transport acid and alkali, flammable and explosive, volatile and cleaning media containing a small amount of particles. 2. Installation conditions: Install vertically in a well-ventilated and dry indoor location, and ensure sufficient space is available for maintenance. 3. Operating Conditions: Medium temperature -20℃~120℃, avoid idling and long-term operation with highly abrasive media. 4. Power requirements: It is compatible with 380V three-phase power frequency power supply, and the grid voltage fluctuation is ≤±10%. |
| Product Advantages |
1. Zero leakage: Shaftless magnetic drive eliminates media leakage and is suitable for the transportation of hazardous chemicals. 2. Resistant to strong corrosion: The flow-through components can be made of stainless steel or fluoroplastics and are resistant to acid and alkali media. 3. Low noise and stable operation: Non-contact transmission results in low vibration, low noise, and stable and reliable operation. 4. Easy to maintain: With its compact structure, few vulnerable parts, and convenient maintenance, the operation and maintenance costs are reduced. 5. Safety and explosion protection: No sealed friction sparks, suitable for flammable and explosive working conditions. |

| Product Operation Guide |
1. Before powering on: Check the medium level and power connection, and confirm the valve opening and closing status. Dry running is strictly prohibited. 2. Startup: First, open the inlet valve, turn on the power, and then slowly adjust the outlet valve to the rated operating condition. 3. Running: Monitor current, pressure, and temperature rise to ensure sufficient medium and prevent liquid interruption. 4. Shutdown: First close the outlet valve and disconnect the power supply, then close the inlet valve; if the pump is to be shut down for an extended period, the medium inside the pump must be drained. |
| Frequently Asked Questions |
1. No data usage / Low data usage: The problem could be due to a blocked inlet, insufficient medium, incorrect steering, or the pump head exceeding the rated value. 2. Decoupling of magnetic couplings: Overload conditions, cavitation of the medium, or wear of the isolation sleeve. 3. The pump body overheats severely: Prolonged idling, poor cooling, or bearing damage. 4. Vibration and abnormal noise: Impeller blockage or imbalance, loose fasteners, or coaxiality deviation. 5. Sealing leakage (abnormal): The isolation sleeve is cracked, the material selection is inappropriate, or the corrosion of the working conditions exceeds the standard. |
