CQ Magnetic Drive Pump

The CQ magnetic drive pump is a seal-free, magnetically coupled centrifugal pump that utilizes magnetic force to transmit power, completely eliminating the risk of shaft seal leakage. Its flow-through components can be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, making it suitable for conveying various corrosive, volatile, flammable, and explosive media. It features a compact structure, stable operation, and easy maintenance. Introduce the basic functions of the product



1. Leak-free media delivery 


Magnetic coupling drive, shaft seal-free design, eliminates the leakage of corrosive, flammable and explosive media.

Corrosion-resistant materials can be selected for the flow-through components to meet the needs of conveying acid, alkali and chemical liquids.

Usage Environment




1. Media compatibility: It can transport acid and alkali, flammable and explosive, volatile and cleaning media containing a small amount of particles.


2. Installation conditions: Install vertically in a well-ventilated and dry indoor location, and ensure sufficient space is available for maintenance.


3. Operating Conditions: Medium temperature -20℃~120℃, avoid idling and long-term operation with highly abrasive media.


4. Power requirements: It is compatible with 380V three-phase power frequency power supply, and the grid voltage fluctuation is ≤±10%.

Product Operation Guide




1. Before powering on: Check the medium level and power connection, and confirm the valve opening and closing status. Dry running is strictly prohibited.


2. Startup: First, open the inlet valve, turn on the power, and then slowly adjust the outlet valve to the rated operating condition.


3. Running: Monitor current, pressure, and temperature rise to ensure sufficient medium and prevent liquid interruption.


4. Shutdown: First close the outlet valve and disconnect the power supply, then close the inlet valve; if the pump is to be shut down for an extended period, the medium inside the pump must be drained.




Frequently Asked Questions




1. No data usage / Low data usage: The problem could be due to a blocked inlet, insufficient medium, incorrect steering, or the pump head exceeding the rated value.


2. Decoupling of magnetic couplings: Overload conditions, cavitation of the medium, or wear of the isolation sleeve.


3. The pump body overheats severely: Prolonged idling, poor cooling, or bearing damage. 


4. Vibration and abnormal noise: Impeller blockage or imbalance, loose fasteners, or coaxiality deviation.


5. Sealing leakage (abnormal): The isolation sleeve is cracked, the material selection is inappropriate, or the corrosion of the working conditions exceeds the standard.
