PFZ Enhanced Polyethylene Corrosion-Resistant Pump

PFZ Enhanced Polyethylene Corrosion-Resistant Pump is a lightweight chemical pump specially designed for the transfer of corrosive media. Adopting enhanced polyethylene (PE) as the core material, it has excellent acid-alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and lightweight structure through special modification technology. Developed for media such as acid-alkali waste liquid, chemical wastewater and salt solution in chemical, electroplating, printing and dyeing industries, this pump is equipped with a large-channel impeller design, which can pass small solid particles and fibrous impurities to effectively avoid clogging. The product supports multiple installation methods, with a compact structure, easy disassembly and maintenance, stable operation and low energy consumption. It is an ideal alternative to traditional metal pumps, reducing equipment investment and maintenance costs. It is widely used in chemical workshops, sewage treatment plants, laboratories and other scenarios.

Product operation guide


1.Installation Check:Ensure firm installation, sealed pipes without leakage, and correct inlet/outlet valve status; avoid collision with sharp hard objects.


2.Pre-Start Preparation:Fill the pump chamber and exhaust air; check power supply and liquid level; ensure medium temperature is within the rated range (-5℃~60℃).


3.Start & Operation:Jog the motor to confirm rotation direction; start with no load, then open the outlet valve slowly; monitor pressure and current, avoid dry running.


4.Shutdown Operation:Close the outlet valve first, then cut off the power; keep the pump chamber full of liquid for short-term shutdown; drain the medium and rinse with clean water for long-term shutdown.


5.Special Notes:Prohibit conveying high-temperature and strong oxidizing media; check the seal regularly, and prevent polyethylene parts from contacting organic solvents.
