Integrated Sewage Treatment Plant

Integrated wastewater treatment equipment is a compact water treatment device that integrates functions such as bar screen, regulation, biochemical reaction, sedimentation, and disinfection. It can directly treat various types of wastewater, including domestic sewage, small and medium-sized industrial organic wastewater, and livestock manure. The equipment adopts a modular design, integrating multiple processes of traditional wastewater treatment plants into a single enclosure (made of carbon steel, stainless steel, or fiberglass). It features fully automatic operation, requires no dedicated personnel, and occupies a small space. Its core processes can be flexibly configured with MBR membrane bioreactors, MBBR moving bed biofilm reactors, and SBR sequencing batch reactors, etc. The effluent quality can meet national Class A standards or local discharge standards and can be directly discharged or reused. It is widely used in rural decentralized wastewater treatment, hotel and hospital wastewater treatment, industrial park wastewater treatment, and ship domestic sewage treatment, providing a highly efficient solution for small and medium-sized wastewater treatment.

Introduce the basic functions of the product



1. Multi-process integrated processing


It integrates the functions of bar filtration, water quality adjustment, biochemical degradation, sedimentation and separation, disinfection and sterilization, and can treat domestic sewage, small and medium-sized industrial organic wastewater and livestock manure in one stop without the need to build separate treatment facilities.


2. Highly efficient removal of pollutants 


By degrading organic pollutants such as COD, BOD, and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater through biochemical reactions, and removing suspended solids through sedimentation and filtration processes, the effluent quality can meet the national Class I discharge standard or reuse standard.


3. Fully automatic intelligent 


operation Equipped with liquid level and water quality sensors and a PLC control system, it can automatically start, stop and adjust processes such as water intake, aeration, sludge discharge and disinfection without the need for dedicated personnel, thus reducing manual operation and maintenance costs.

Usage Environment




I. Media Requirements 


1. Applicable wastewater: Domestic sewage, small and medium-sized industrial organic wastewater, and livestock manure. 


2. Parameter range: COD≤500mg/L, BOD≤300mg/L, SS≤200mg/L, pH 6-9 


3. Contraindications: Strictly prohibited for treating wastewater containing heavy metals, highly toxic substances, high salinity (>5%), or flammable and explosive materials.


II. Installation and Operation Conditions 


1. Temperature: Operating temperature 5℃~40℃ (insulation required for low temperatures, shading required for high temperatures); Storage temperature -10℃~50℃. 


2. Site: Flat, hardened ground with a load-bearing capacity ≥ 1.2 times the total weight of the equipment; ≥ 0.8m maintenance access provided; well-ventilated and away from open flames. 


3. Electrical: AC380V/220V, 50Hz/60Hz; outdoor installation with rainproof distribution box; electrical protection ≥ IP54.


III. Adaptation to Special Scenarios 


1. Buried type: Requires foundation pit seepage prevention, ventilation and drainage. 


2. Mobile type: Suitable for temporary construction sites and emergency rescue; can be equipped with a generator. 


3. Cold regions: Requires additional insulation layer + pipe heating cable.

1. Decentralized sewage treatment in rural areas 


It is suitable for villages and towns without centralized pipe networks, treats domestic sewage, and the underground installation does not occupy farmland. The effluent can be used for farmland irrigation and greening, contributing to the construction of beautiful villages.

It is used for domestic sewage from residential communities, hotels, hospitals, schools, and nursing homes. It can be installed directly around the building, operates fully automatically without the need for dedicated personnel, and the effluent meets discharge standards or can be reused.


3. Treatment of organic wastewater from small and medium-sized industrial plants 


For organic wastewater from industries such as food processing, slaughtering and breeding, textile printing and dyeing, and catering laundry, the MBR/MBBR process can be flexibly configured to efficiently degrade COD and ammonia nitrogen, meeting industrial wastewater discharge standards.

from crew members on inland waterway vessels and coastal docks, the miniaturized container is adapted to the space of the vessel. After treatment, the sewage can be directly discharged into the waterway or transferred ashore, which meets the requirements of maritime environmental protection.




Product Operation Guide




I. Preparations before powering on 


1. Check pipeline valves: Open inlet and outlet valves, close sludge discharge valve; clean debris from the screen. 


2. Confirm power supply and control cabinet parameters are normal; check fan oil level and water pump for obstructions. 


3. Maintain the regulating tank level at 2/3 height to avoid starting with an empty or full tank.


II. Startup and Operation 


1. Automatic Mode (Common): Set the control cabinet to AUTO. The system will automatically complete the entire process of water intake, aeration, mixing, sludge discharge, and disinfection. Regularly check online monitoring data (COD, liquid level, etc.) to ensure compliance. 


2. Manual Mode (For Debugging/Troubleshooting): Set the control cabinet to MANUAL. Start and stop the booster pump, blower, and mixer individually according to the process sequence. Frequent switching on and off of equipment is prohibited. 


3. Caution: Overflowing water is strictly prohibited. Immediately stop the machine in case of sudden changes in water quality (strong acid or strong alkali).


III. Shutdown and Maintenance


1. Normal shutdown: In manual mode, shut down the pump, mixer, blower, and disinfection equipment in sequence; drain the sludge and clean the screen and filter. 


2. Long-term shutdown: Drain the wastewater from the equipment and clean the pipelines; disconnect the power supply and take precautions against moisture and dust; periodically run the pump/blower under no-load to prevent rust corrosion.


IV. Safety Precautions 


1. Power off and tag the equipment before maintenance. Ventilate and test for toxic gases before inspecting the inside of the enclosure. 


2. Avoid contact with disinfection devices (such as ultraviolet light or sodium hypochlorite generators) to prevent burns or corrosion.
