GW Pipeline Sewage Pump

The GW inline sewage pump is a direct-drive, non-clogging centrifugal sewage pump that uses flange connection for installation and can be directly connected in series with sewage pipelines. Its large-channel impeller design efficiently transports sewage containing solid particles and fibers. It features a compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and is suitable for municipal sewage, building drainage, and industrial wastewater treatment applications.

Product Operation Guide




1. Before powering on: Check the flange connection sealing and valve opening and closing status to confirm that the medium is sufficient and free of impurities.


2. Startup: Fully open the inlet valve, power on the machine, and then slowly adjust the outlet valve to the rated operating condition.


3. Running: Monitor current, pressure, and vibration; idling is strictly prohibited; and debris should be removed from the impeller promptly.


4. Shutdown: First close the outlet valve and disconnect the power supply, then close the inlet valve; if the pump is to be shut down for an extended period, the liquid inside the pump must be drained.




Frequently Asked Questions



1. Insufficient flow rate and head: Impeller blockage, inlet valve not fully open, or excessive impurities in the medium.


2. Pump body vibration and abnormal noise: Loose fasteners, unbalanced impeller, and misaligned pipe flange connections.


3. Motor overload tripping: The outlet valve opening is too large, the medium viscosity exceeds the standard, and the bearing is worn and stuck.


4. Leakage sealing: Aging of sealing rings, damage to flange gaskets, and uneven tightening of bolts.


5. Unable to start: Power supply phase loss, wiring error, impeller jammed by foreign object.
