Product operation guide



1.Installation Check:Secure installation, sealed pipes, correct valve status.


2.Pre-Start Prep:Fill pump with medium, exhaust air, check power and liquid level.


3.Start & Operation:Jog to confirm rotation, start no-load, open outlet valve slowly, monitor pressure and current.


4.Shutdown:Close outlet valve first, then cut off power. Drain and clean pump for long-term shutdown.


5.Daily Maintenance:Check seal and bearing regularly, replace wearing parts with suitable materials.
