QZ Submersible Axial Flow Pump

The Z-series submersible axial flow pump is a vertical submersible axial flow pump with an integrated design where the motor and pump body are directly connected. Its core working principle is axial flow propulsion, generating axial thrust through the high-speed rotation of the impeller to achieve high-flow-rate media delivery. The core structure of this series of pumps consists of a submersible motor, impeller, guide vanes, pump shaft, and inlet bell, among other components. The entire unit can be directly submerged underwater without the need for an additional pump house or priming system. It features a compact structure, convenient installation, stable operation, and low noise. Its performance advantages are concentrated in high flow rate, low head, high efficiency, and energy saving, making it suitable for conveying clean water, lightly polluted water, and other media without strong corrosiveness or large particulate impurities.

Core basic functions


It adopts the principle of axial flow propulsion to realize the underwater medium transportation of large flow rate and low head, and is suitable for fluids without large particulate impurities such as clean water and light sewage.

Agricultural irrigation: Long-distance water conveyance and pumping for large areas of farmland, orchards, and tea gardens. Flood control and drainage: Rapid drainage of urban flooding, factory waterlogging, and low-lying areas. Usage Environment




1. Media environment: Clean water, lightly polluted water, rainwater, etc.; free from large particulate impurities (particle size < 5mm), strong corrosiveness, and fibrous entanglement.


2. Diving depth: The standard maximum diving depth is 5m, while the customized version can reach 10m; the minimum submersion depth must cover the water inlet bell mouth.


3. Temperature environment: Medium temperature: 0℃~40℃; ambient temperature: -20℃~50℃.


4. Installation environment: Underwater vertical installation; suitable for ponds, rivers, reservoirs, wells, water storage tanks, sump pits and other scenarios; no pump room required.


5. Operating environment: It can operate continuously or intermittently; it is suitable for water conveyance conditions with large flow and low head; the explosion-proof type can be used in outdoor environments with flammable and explosive gases.


6. Electrical environment: It is compatible with three-phase 380V power supply; with an IP68 protection rating, it can operate underwater for extended periods.

3. After shutdown: For normal shutdowns, disconnect the power supply; for long-term outages, lift the machine out of the water and perform maintenance and protection.
