Media Requirements Suitable for clean water, with a pH value of 6.5~8.5, solid impurities ≤0.1% and particle size ≤0.2mm; avoid pumping sewage, corrosive liquids or water bodies containing large particles. 2. Water temperature and diving depth The medium temperature is 0~40℃; the whole machine must be completely immersed in water, the diving depth is controlled at 0.5~5m, and the distance from the bottom of the pool is ≥0.5m to avoid sucking in the mud and sand at the bottom of the pool. 3. Power supply conditions It is generally compatible with three-phase 380V / single-phase 220V, 50Hz power supplies. 1. Installation Preparation Check that the pump body and cable are undamaged. Fully immerse the pump in water for 0.5~5m, with a distance of ≥0.5m from the bottom of the pool. Connect the nozzle pipeline, ground the control cabinet, and test the protection functions. 2. Start running Power on and run unloaded for 1-2 minutes. If there are no abnormalities, open the nozzle valves. Musical fountains require linkage control systems to test high-frequency start-stop response. Monitor motor temperature and water pressure during operation. 3. Shutdown maintenance First, close the valves and control system, then disconnect the power. For short-term shutdowns, do not lift the pump. For long-term shutdowns, remove the pump, clean the filter and impeller, and store it in a dry place. |
