QSB Submersible Jet Aerator

"QSB Submersible Jet Aerator is a high-efficiency underwater aeration equipment specially developed for deep water aeration, sewage biochemical treatment and water ecological restoration. Adopting a submersible motor direct-coupled jet structure design, it integrates three functions: jet aeration, water circulation and high-efficiency mixing.
The equipment generates high-pressure water flow through the pump impeller, forms high-speed jet flow through the jet nozzle, and sucks air under negative pressure at the same time, so that the air and water are fully sheared and emulsified in the mixing chamber to form micron-level bubbles that are jetted and diffused to the deep water body. Compared with traditional aerators, it has stronger bubble penetration and higher oxygen utilization rate, which can quickly break water stratification and increase the dissolved oxygen content of deep water. The product is easy to install without complex pipelines and machine rooms, suitable for municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater tanks, deep lakes, river regulation and other scenarios, and is an ideal equipment for water purification and ecological restoration."

Introduce the basic functions of the product.



1.High-efficiency oxygenation in deep water:Inhales air through jet negative pressure, mixes with high-pressure water flow to form micron-level bubbles that can penetrate deep into the water body, greatly increasing dissolved oxygen content in deep water with high oxygen utilization rate.


2.Strong water mixing and agitating:High-speed jet drives surrounding water to form a strong circulation, breaks water stratification, promotes the exchange of upper and lower water layers, and makes water quality, water temperature and dissolved oxygen evenly distributed.


3.Enhanced sewage biochemical treatment:Improves the dissolved oxygen level of water, accelerates the activity of aerobic microorganisms, promotes the degradation of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants in sewage, and enhances the effect of biochemical treatment.

1.Medium Environment


Suitable for municipal sewage, industrial organic wastewater, river and lake water, and aquaculture water; resistant to slightly corrosive and weak acid-base media (pH value 6~9). Prohibited for use in strong acid, strong alkali, high-concentration organic solvents, as well as water containing sharp hard particles (particle size >5mm) and a large amount of fibrous impurities.


2.Temperature Environment


Medium temperature 0℃~40℃, avoid water freezing or high temperature aging of seals; ambient temperature -10℃~55℃, install sun protection and anti-freezing cover for the electronic control system when installed outdoors.


3.Installation Environment


Can be installed underwater in aeration tanks, oxidation ditches, deep lakes, aquaculture ponds, etc. Requires water depth ≥2m, no sludge deposition or large obstacles at the installation location; the water bottom must be flat or fixed with special mounting brackets to prevent equipment tilting or displacement by water flow; the distance between the equipment and the pool wall and bottom must be ≥1m to ensure jet mixing effect.


4.Electrical Environment


Three-phase 380V/50Hz power supply (220V/60Hz can be customized for overseas markets); leakage protection and overload protection switches are required, and the electrical control cabinet must be placed in a dry and ventilated indoor space; the cable must be waterproof and wear-resistant, and the joints must be sealed to avoid water immersion and leakage.

1. Municipal sewage treatment


It is suitable for the aeration tank, anoxic tank, oxidation ditch and other process units of sewage treatment plant, especially for the aeration demand in deep water area, which can strengthen biochemical reaction, improve the degradation efficiency of pollutants such as organic matter and ammonia nitrogen, and stabilize the effluent quality.


2. Industrial organic wastewater treatment

Product operation guide


check before installation


1. Check that the equipment model matches the working condition parameters (water depth and medium); Check the insulation of the motor, whether the cable is damaged and whether the sealed joint is intact.


2. Clean up the large sundries and sharp particles in the installation waters to avoid the blockage of the impeller and the jet port; Confirm that the mounting bracket/buoy is firm and free from deformation.


Second, the water installation and debugging


1. Fixed installation: fix the equipment on a special bracket to ensure that the jet port faces the center of the water body, and the distance from the pool wall and bottom is ≥ 1m; Slowly sink into the water to the rated depth (≥2m).


2. Buoy installation: adjust the balance weight of the buoy to ensure the level of the equipment and avoid the deviation of the jet direction caused by inclination; Cable should be fixed with clamps to prevent water from impacting and pulling.


3. Before starting for the first time, manually move the impeller to confirm that there is no sticking; Turn on the power supply and observe the effect of jet aeration (it is normal to produce continuous fine bubbles and form circular flow).


Third, the operation monitoring


1. Observe the bubble diffusion range, motor current and temperature regularly during operation, and keep them within the rated range; If there is a sudden drop in bubble volume and abnormal sound, stop the machine immediately for inspection.


2. No-load operation in waterless state is prohibited; It is forbidden to start and stop frequently, and the interval between two starts should be ≥3 minutes to prevent the motor from overheating and damage.


Fourth, downtime and maintenance


1. Normal shutdown: cut off the power supply, and lift the equipment off the water after the impeller stops completely; Clean the entanglement and sludge on the jet orifice, air inlet screen and impeller.


2. Long-term shutdown: drain the accumulated water in the motor cavity and check the wear of the mechanical seal; Dry the cable and store it. Place the equipment in a dry and ventilated place to avoid exposure to the sun and rain.


Safety precautions


1. It is forbidden to move equipment with electricity when working underwater; During maintenance, the power must be cut off and a warning sign "No Closing" should be hung to prevent electric shock.


2. After treating corrosive media, it is necessary to wash the surface of the equipment with clean water, and apply anticorrosive coating in time to prolong the service life. "
