Introduce the basic functions of the product


1.igh-viscosity media transportation 


It enables stable and continuous conveying of high-concentration, high-viscosity materials such as thick slurry, mineral slurry, mortar, and viscous chemical slurry, solving the problem that ordinary pumps cannot adapt to viscous media.

Product Uses


1. Chemical Industry 


It can transport resin slurry, paint slurry, ink slurry, and acid and alkali slurry, and is suitable for continuous feeding, material transfer, and media transfer between processes in chemical workshops.

Product Operation Guide




1. Before powering on: Check that the pump body is securely installed, the pipeline is leak-free, and the lubricating oil level is within the specified range. Verify that the power supply matches the nameplate, and briefly start the motor to confirm the correct rotation direction. Primate the pump to remove air, avoiding dry running.


2. Running: Open the discharge valve → start the motor → adjust the feed valve to the target flow rate, and monitor the pressure and current to ensure they are within the rated range. Observe the pump body for any abnormal vibration or noise, and ensure there is no leakage at the seals.


3. During shutdown Normal shutdown: Close the feed valve → disconnect the power → close the discharge valve; for conveying easily condensable media, flush the pump body and pipeline. Emergency shutdown: In case of a malfunction, immediately disconnect the power, troubleshoot, and then restart.


Note: Idling is strictly prohibited.


Clean the filter regularly; drain the pump medium when the pump is shut down for extended periods.




Frequently Asked Questions



1. Pump body cannot draw material/Insufficient flow rate 


The pump is not filled with medium and air is present; the suction pipe is blocked or leaking; the medium viscosity exceeds the rated range; the impeller is severely worn.


2. The pump body vibrates excessively and makes obvious abnormal noises. 


The mounting base is not stable; the coaxiality of the motor and pump shaft is greatly deviated; the bearing is lacking oil or is damaged; hard impurities have entered the impeller.


3. Leakage at sealing points 


The seals are aged or worn; the sealing gland is not properly tightened; the pump shaft is deformed or has excessive runout.


4. Motor overload tripping 


The medium viscosity is too high, resulting in excessive conveying resistance; the discharge valve opening is too small, leading to excessive pipeline pressure; or the motor bearing is faulty or the wiring is abnormal.


5. The head does not reach the rated value.


Impeller wear and blockage; excessive pipeline resistance loss; excessive solid content in the medium, resulting in poor fluidity.
