1. Before powering on: Check that the pump body is securely installed, the pipeline is leak-free, and the lubricating oil level is within the specified range. Verify that the power supply matches the nameplate, and briefly start the motor to confirm the correct rotation direction. Primate the pump to remove air, avoiding dry running. 2. Running: Open the discharge valve → start the motor → adjust the feed valve to the target flow rate, and monitor the pressure and current to ensure they are within the rated range. Observe the pump body for any abnormal vibration or noise, and ensure there is no leakage at the seals. 3. During shutdown Normal shutdown: Close the feed valve → disconnect the power → close the discharge valve; for conveying easily condensable media, flush the pump body and pipeline.
