FY Liquid Submerged Pump

The FY submersible pump is a vertical, single-suction, long-shaft centrifugal pump with a mechanical seal-less design, allowing direct immersion in the medium. Its compact structure and small footprint make it suitable for conveying clean or corrosive liquids containing small amounts of solid particles, as well as general liquids. Product Operation Guide




1. Post-installation checks: Confirm that the immersion depth meets the standard, the power supply and rotation are correct, and the fasteners are not loose.


2. Startup: No priming pump is required; simply power on the machine and slowly open the outlet valve to the rated operating condition.


3. Operation monitoring: Observe the current, pressure, and vibration; idling and overload operation are strictly prohibited.


4. Shutdown: First close the outlet valve, then disconnect the power supply; if the pump is to be shut down for an extended period, the medium inside the pump must be drained and rust prevention measures should be taken.

1. Pump fails to pump fluid: Insufficient immersion depth, blocked suction tube, or incorrect steering.
