Product Operation Guide



1. Re-Start Check


Confirm that the installation is secure; fill the pump body with clean water; open the inlet and outlet valves; and ensure that the power supply and motor rotation are correct.


2. Start-Up Operation 


Turn on the power to start the equipment; after the pressure and current stabilize, adjust the valves to the optimal working state.


3. Operation Monitoring 


Monitor pressure, flow rate, vibration, and temperature in real time; do not operate under no-load conditions; regularly check for seal leaks.


4. Shut-Down Procedure 


First, close the outlet valve; then disconnect the power supply; if the pump is to be shut down for an extended period, drain the water from the pump and take precautions against rust.

1.Problem: Pump fails to start  


Cause: Power supply failure; incorrect motor wiring; air in pump chamber; impeller jamming.

Solution: Check power supply; correct wiring; fill pump chamber with water; disassemble and remove foreign 

objects.


2.Problem: No water discharge after startup


Cause: Excessive suction lift; blocked inlet; wrong rotation direction; valves not opened.

Solution: Lower installation height; clean inlet; adjust motor rotation; open inlet and outlet valves.


3.Problem: Insufficient flow and head


Cause: Worn impeller; seal leakage; valves not fully open; medium viscosity exceeding standard.

Solution: Replace impeller; repair seal; fully open valves; use suitable medium.


4.Problem: High noise and severe vibration during operation


Cause: Uneven installation; unstable foundation; damaged bearings; unbalanced impeller.

Solution: Re-level and reinstall; reinforce foundation; replace bearings; correct impeller balance.


5.Problem: Severe leakage at shaft seal


Cause: Worn packing; damaged mechanical seal; worn shaft sleeve; gland too loose/tight.

Solution: Replace packing; replace mechanical seal; replace shaft sleeve; adjust gland tightness.


6.Problem: Motor overheating


Cause: Overload operation; unstable voltage; damaged bearings; poor ventilation.

Solution: Adjust valves to reduce load; stabilize power voltage; replace bearings; improve ventilation conditions.
