AS Ultra-High Pressure Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump is an industrial-grade centrifugal pump specially designed for high-pressure and large-flow working conditions. Product operation guide



1.Installation Check:Ensure firm foundation, pressure-resistant pipes, closed inlet/outlet valves; verify motor rotation direction matches pump stages.


2.Pre-Start Preparation:Fill pump chamber and exhaust air, open cooling seal water; check power supply and pressure gauges, prohibit dry running.


3.Start & Operation:Jog motor to confirm rotation, start with no load, then open outlet valve slowly; monitor pressure, current and vibration within rated range.


4.Shutdown Operation:Close outlet valve first, then cut off power; turn off cooling seal water; drain pump chamber for long-term shutdown, and rotate regularly to prevent rust.


5.Safety Notes:Prohibit sudden opening/closing of valves under ultra-high pressure conditions; check pipe joints and seals regularly to avoid high-pressure leakage.
