QXB Submersible Aerator

"QXB Submersible Aerator is an underwater aeration equipment specially developed for sewage biochemical treatment and aquaculture oxygenation. Adopting a submersible structural design, it integrates a high-efficiency impeller and an air suction system, which can directly dive into the bottom of the water body for operation.
Through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the equipment forms negative pressure, strongly mixes air with water, generates fine and uniform bubbles and diffuses them to all parts of the water body, realizing the functions of rapid oxygenation, water quality improvement and promotion of microbial degradation. The product has the advantages of high aeration efficiency, easy installation, low operating noise and low energy consumption. It does not need to build complex blast pipelines, and is suitable for various scenarios such as municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment tanks, river regulation, fish ponds and shrimp ponds. Introduce the basic functions of the product.


1.High-efficiency water oxygenation:Inhales air through high-speed impeller rotation, cuts it into fine bubbles and diffuses them into water, rapidly increasing dissolved oxygen content.


2.Water mixing and agitating:Generates strong water flow during aeration, promotes water circulation between upper and lower layers, eliminates water stratification, and stabilizes water quality.


3.Water quality improvement:Improves dissolved oxygen, accelerates decomposition of organic matter in water, reduces harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen and nitrite, and purifies water quality.

1.Medium Environment

Suitable for municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, river and lake water, and aquaculture water; resistant to slightly corrosive media. Prohibited for use in strong acid, strong alkali, high-concentration organic solvents and water containing sharp hard particles.


2.Temperature Environment

Medium temperature 0℃~40℃, avoid water freezing or high temperature damage to sealing components; ambient temperature -10℃~50℃, take sun protection and anti-freezing measures for outdoor use.


3.Installation Environment

Can be installed underwater in sewage treatment tanks, oxidation ditches, aeration tanks, fish ponds, rivers, etc.; requires water depth ≥1.5m, no sludge deposition or large debris entanglement at the installation location; the water bottom must be flat or fixed with mounting brackets to prevent equipment tilting.


4.Electrical Environment

Three-phase 380V/50Hz or customized single-phase 220V power supply; leakage protection switch is required, no strong electromagnetic interference or flammable and explosive gases in the installation area; the electrical control cabinet must be placed in a dry and ventilated indoor space.

1.Municipal sewage treatment:Aeration tanks, oxidation ditches and sedimentation tanks in sewage treatment plants, used for water oxygenation in the biochemical treatment stage to promote microbial degradation of pollutants.

Product operation guide


一、Installation Check


1.Ensure the mounting bracket/float is firmly fixed and the equipment is lifted stably without tilting; verify that the power voltage and frequency match the motor nameplate.


2.Check for cable damage and intact joint sealing; do not power on the cable directly after immersion. Clear large debris in the installation water area to prevent impeller entanglement.


二、Immersion & Start-up


1.For hanger installation, slowly submerge the equipment to the specified water depth (≥1.5m) to avoid severe collision; adjust the float position for horizontal placement in float installation.


2.Manually rotate the impeller to confirm no jamming before first start-up; turn on the power switch, observe the operation status, and ensure the impeller rotation direction matches the mark.


三、Operation Monitoring


1.Regularly check the aeration effect during operation (fine and uniform bubbles are normal), and monitor the motor current and temperature within the rated range.


2.No-load operation without water is prohibited; in case of abnormal noise, violent vibration or abnormal current, cut off the power immediately and troubleshoot after lifting the equipment completely out of the water.


四、Shutdown & Maintenance


1.Normal shutdown: Cut off the power first, lift the equipment out of the water after the impeller stops rotating completely, and clean the entanglements on the impeller and air inlet.


2.Long-term shutdown: Drain the water in the equipment cavity and check the wear of seals; dry the cable before proper storage, and place the equipment in a dry and ventilated area.


五、Safety Notes


1.Do not move the equipment with power on during underwater operation; power off and hang warning signs during maintenance to prevent electric shock.


2.For corrosive water areas such as aeration tanks, regularly inspect the equipment's anti-corrosion layer and touch up the coating in time.
