Usage Environment




The use conditions of QY oil-immersed submersible pump: 


The flow rate at the outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated value (used within the specified head range); the diving depth shall not exceed 5 meters. If it exceeds 5 meters, please declare it when ordering; the water temperature shall not exceed +40℃; the PH value shall be between 5 and 9.

Agriculture - Farmland irrigation: In farmland irrigation, QY oil-immersed pumps can transport river water, well water and other water sources to the fields to meet the water needs of crop growth, such as irrigation of rice fields. 


- Flood control: In the rainy season, it can quickly drain the accumulated water in the farmland to prevent crops from being affected by waterlogging and ensure the normal growth of crops. It can also be used for flood control and drainage in depressions and polder areas. Gardening can be used for sprinkler irrigation and water fountains in gardens to provide precise water supply for garden plants, maintain plant growth, and create beautiful waterscape effects. Product Operation Guide




Pre-installation inspection - Check the pump specifications and performance parameters, such as flow, head, power, etc. 


- Check whether the oil hole screws of the upper and lower covers and the special screws for pressure testing in the middle of the outlet box are loose and leaking. It is strictly forbidden for users to move the pressure testing screws.


 - Check whether the cable is damaged. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced. Installation and preparation - Ensure that the inner diameter of the water outlet pipe is compatible with the diameter of the electric pump. 


- Put it vertically in the water, the diving depth is 0.5 to 3 meters, and it must not sink into the mud or be placed horizontally. A bamboo basket or wire basket can be used to prevent debris from clogging the impeller. 


- The yellow-green two-color core wire must be grounded. If there is no fixed ground wire, a 2-meter metal rod can be buried in a damp place as a ground wire. Pre-start inspection


 - Exhaust the air in the pump. - Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to the ground in the cold state. It should not be less than 5MΩ, otherwise it should be used after dehumidification. 


- Idle for 1 minute on land to check the operation and direction. If it is reversed, exchange any two phases of the three-phase core wire. Operation precautions 


- The power capacity and voltage must be within the specified range. The cross-sectional area of the wire should be thickened when far away from the power source. 


- When the pump is powered or pumping water, washing, swimming, and letting livestock enter the water are prohibited to prevent leakage.


 - Do not pump water with a large amount of sand or mud. - Pay attention to the water level to avoid the pump running dry.




Frequently asked questions



The motor does not start: power failure, motor failure or protection device action. The water pump does not 


produce water: the impeller is blocked, the water suction pipe has problems, the water level is too low or the water pump is reversed. 


The water pump has insufficient flow: the impeller is worn, the filter is blocked, the head is too high or the voltage is insufficient. 


The water pump has abnormal noise: the impeller and the pump casing are rubbing, the bearing is damaged, the water pump is cavitated or foreign matter enters the pump body. 


The motor is overheated: overload operation, poor heat dissipation or the motor winding is short-circuited and grounded. 


The motor leaks oil: the seal is aging and damaged, the oil mark tube is broken or the motor end cover bolts are loose.
